Hello everyone. Have been hearing lots about SBD. Will be buying the book this week but a few questions...
Do you always have to have vegetable juice (as seen on sample menus?) Any suppliments other then vitamins and minerals need to be taken? I do not do well with dairy/cheese, is it going to be okay if I use tofu cheese? And is tofu okay on this plan (I am not a vegetarian)?
Also, I have done the Fat Flush and need to loose only about 15lbs max...I found Fat Flush very acidic with all the cranberry juice diuted in water very acidic and all of the suppliments you need to take after a while can drive you batty...not to mention it is very retrictive (and not just carbs...but calorie)...any converters from Fat Flush who have "crossed over" to SBD and glad they did???

It looks as though as long as I stay wihtin the foods favored (allowed), it all works, correct?!?!
