Hi everyone...

I am going to dive into the SBD and very excited. With only about 12-15 to loose... I have done the Fat Flush program but find it too retricting (calorie wise...after a few days the carbs/sweets cravings were gone)...and too acidic with the cran water.

Any converts on here who can give me what they ahve experienced in switching?

Also, most of my weigth is in my belly...have folks seen their shape change along with the pounds and inches???

Thanks..excited to start!

I have tried both and although the Fat Flush was more restrictive I find that it was much more effective. I have lost weight on the south beach diet also, but I didnt have that cleansing effect I had on fat flush. To each his own though....

Well, I tried the Fat Flush....and it just about killed me. Any diet that makes me miserable, shakey, dizzy and just sick feeling is gone the first day. I give in. I can't handle it. This diet did NOT do that to me.

Also, most of my weight is in my butt/thighs area. But the place I've noticed a difference is my belly/midriff. I understand that the people with belly weight are the ones most pleased quickly, as this weight comes off fast. And obviously, losing belly fat changes your shape for the better. That's what I've read around here. So, you will probably have very good quick results. Welcome!

Hi,

I just wanted to say hello. I havent tried Fat Flushers but I am one of those people with midsection issues. And I have to say I am pleased. I am trying to lose my baby belly fat and it seems to be going well. I hope all goes well for you too.

I did Fat Flush for about six months and lost what I needed to but then started backsliding and here I am again. I think the FF diet is great, wonderful to be guided by a top nutritionist. It's it hard to stay on. I didn't like the Long Life Cocktail and I had to hide the flax oil and flax meal in my smoothies. I should continue to use the flax oil as it made my skin look great. [anyone not used to flax oil- be sure to get it refrigerated and discard after three weeks- it spoils easily) What I like about SBD is that it prepares you for eating in the real world. With Fat Flush, I wasn't learning how to eat the right carbs when I would go off the diet. I really feel that by following Phase Three, I can keep the weight off. What I'm not crazy about is some of the products I'm using with Splenda as I can almost hear Anne Louise saying to just use Stevia! I still take my Borage Oil which keeps the stressed out feelings down. I also occasionally take CLA. I have always used a mini-trampoline which Anne Louise Gittleman raves about. All in all, SBD is easier for eating correctly in the real world.
