I really don't know how to start...I'm determinated though to lose the 20 pounds that I wanna lose but I just don't know how to start ! First, I don't have the book...I'm 17 and I don't have a credit card to buy the book online and I dunno where to find it...
I'm the kinda person who really needs a meal plan that I can follow, I cannot make one myself I'm new to this and I really don't know how...so if somebody could help me, I don't know...by sending me the meal plan of phase I that would really help or anything but please...somebody has already givin' me a site for the grocery list, thank you for that, but now I need the meal plan so I can follow it and start to feel better about myself...
I'm gonna keep in touch with you guys also, caus' I really need your support...So if you wanna send me e-mails or anything to help...go ahead, it is warmly welcomed ! Please be encouraged, this WOE is very easy to follow. I have posted a link below for you the view the phase 1 foods to eat and foods to avoid. You can pretty much just follow that and eat what you want from the foods to enjoy list. Their is a meal plan, part of it is on this link and the rest is in the book. It is just a guideline you do not have to follow it exactly to be sucessful. Their is also recipes in the book that I have found helpful. You can get the book and any bookstore, even Wal-Mart has it. I have lost 5 pounds in 2 inches in phase 1. So, I know you can do it. And don't be afraid to ask questions on this board. It has been so helpful to me.

As others have said, this is a simple meal plan, and there is no set diet. For example, I generally eat an egg and two pieces of lowfat bacon for breakfast. I might add a slight amount of water to the egg, along with some green peppers and just enough onions for flavor. Sometimes, I eat a bowl of oatmeal (not in Phase 1, though) and 2 pieces of bacon. Sometimes, I eat a 2 egg omelet without any bacon. There are others here who wouldn't touch bacon, and some don't fill up on one egg. Some people drink V-8 juice, as suggested in the book, and others can't get the stuff down. So it really depends on each individual's taste.
Perhaps you can build yourself a possible 1 or 2 day Phase 1 meal plan and post it? That way, others could help you adjust it if needed.
