New Here..Just Need Motivation

Hi everyone! It is my third day of week one. I am a carb addict, finding it hard to stay away from them already! haha. I just had a few questions to help motivate me:
1. How much did you lose in phase 1?
2. How much have you lost so far, and in how much time?

I lost 10 lbs, and I have continued to lose. Kinda in a phase 2.5 due to foot race training.
2. How much have you lost so far, and in how much time? I have been on this WOE since 9/8/03. I started after my sister and one set of parents started. Since then, I have gone from 212 lbs to 196 lbs on a 6'and big boned framed. I have kept up exercising, and I have kept up with eating... i love to eat!

I lost 9 pounds during phase 1.
2. How much have you lost so far, and in how much time?
I've lost 17 pounds in 2 1/2 months. I think....I loose count of how long it's been.
I think you'll see bigger losers among Dr. Agatston's patients. This program has been around for a while, but it really didn't start making its way through the general population until about a year ago.

I started three weeks ago. I was on Phase 1 for two weeks, went off three times due to two dinner dates with wine (though no bread and pasta) and I seriously went off on Halloween. For that I have no regrets whatsoever. I had fun, enjoyed myself and went right back to Phase 1 the next day without a problem. No weight gain, in fact, another pound lost. I am now in Phase 2 and really loving it. I have yet to add the breads and pasta... have no desire to do so yet, but I am having dinner at a friend's tonight. So here are my stats. I lost 5 pounds the first week, another pound last week and another pound this week.
