Hello! I am on the 2nd day of the SBD, and have a big question....what do I eat when I am on the go? I work 2 jobs, and often go straight from one to the other and have to eat dinner in my car. I am trying to make my meals the night before, but find it impossible to eat a salad or steak dinner on the freeway! Do you have any suggestions for prepared meals-on-the-go or recipes for portable foods that will work? Thanks!!

Have you tried rolling thin sliced meat (i.e., real meat, but thin sliced like lunchmeat, available sometimes in the regular deli section and always at the store deli)

Hi! I'm on my 11th day and doing great. Do you have a way to keep foods cold - possibly a fridge at work? Some things I've taken to work are string cheese, thin slices of ham, a boiled egg, peanuts. I tried a thin layer of peanut butter spread on a ham slice which tasted pretty good. Cottage cheese?

I'm interested in seeing what other suggestions you receive. Great question. Thanks for asking. Shirley
