Hello! Friday weigh in is here!

I ran 5 miles this morning with my seester, and I actually kept up for the most part! Then I weighed...... ta-dah! 1.5 lbs lost! YIPPIE!!!!!!!!

I just love SBD... I have gone off several times in three weeks and have never put an ounce back on. Last night I had two glasses of wine and sliced spiral ham, beef and chicken kabobs and salad. No bread (it was white!) but I did have two shortbread cookies and a slice of pumpkin bread. Can you say oink!! Not a pound gained after last night's festivities. Though of course I will be extremely careful again. A light yogurt for breakfast, an apple for sback, not sure what I will do for lunch and a big salad for dinner.

I've lost 7 pounds in three weeks!

Today is the end of week #3 for me. I was down 7 pounds in Phase 1 and, so far, I haven't lost anything in Phase 2, but I haven't gained anything either. I am sitting in my regular jeans and I can actually breath!

This is my first week on SBD and my first weigh in. I am a little hungry and find myself craving foods that I never would normally. But, I am staying strong and have lost 5 lbs so far.

I've been doing pretty good...I haven't posted in a while...but have peeked in here from time to time. I started my new job 3 weeks ago as a manager at Limited Too, I love it. I've been losing about 2 pounds a week on Phase 2...but had a stnad still for the first two weeks I was on P2. I started Semptember 10th...and still doing well. If I cheat I just make sure the rest of the day or the next day I watch what I eat better.

It's definitely a way of life for me now. I love that.

I haven't been very faithful to the beach this week but I'm staying steady at 149 thanks to exercise. I've run 19 miles in 5 days while training for a half marathon coming up at the end of the month (ack!!!). I did 5 with ria this morning and was happy to say she DID keep up most of the time...hee hee. I'm trying to get her exposed to the military men on the base...LOL.

I kept within 1/4 mile or less! lol. In my first running days, I would trot with her for a couple of seconds, and now, WATCH OUT! lol.

OK. I start the south beach on monday. So this my official start weight. Im putting my start weight at what i weigh right now, not what i was when i started last year(216).
