When craving SALT... what do you eat???

Salty cravings are the most difficult for me to satisfy on this diet.  I can't turn to nuts because I just don't have the will power to stop at 10.  What are you eating when you get that yearning for something salty?

Thanks in advance!

In my family, we've been known to have to stick a can of black olives in the freezer for a few minutes just before dinner, because someone ate all the olives in the fridge without anyone noticing (It's usually more like a combination of someones!). Most of the time anymore, though, I think we're pretty good about keepign each other accountable about saving them until dinner!

"Anyone else here used to put an live on the end of each finger and eat them off? Anyone guilty of teaching their young, impressionable toddler relative to do the same?"

I thought they came out of the womb knowing to do that on their own.....

One year, my sister tried to force all of us finger olive eaters into the grownup world by buying medium-sized olives. We just ate them off out pinkies (all except my preschool-aged neice, who was able to stick them comfortably on every finger!).

Thanks, Susan! I did catch your email in the chat last night. BTW, Susan and anyone who has a broken email link that they'd like to fix. Here is the link to do it (You have to re-log in, then you can change your user info):
