hi everyone. i have been on the diet for a week now. going well! however, i seem to be eating lots of salt!!!! there is SO MUCH salt in cheese, especially cottage cheese. also, in packaged luncheon meats too. i have school all day, so it's impossible for me to whip up a bowl of veggies in a lunch room. has anyone else has this problem?
also i use fitday to count calories and see where the sodium is coming from

Hop can you put some bagged salad in a big tupper and fill that with raw veggies (that you precut the night before) like red pepper, broc, tomatoes, some chick peas.... and maybe a few cuts of a
i don't think i have access to boar's head but i will definitely ask the deli counter person for lower salt meats. i live in canada, and you would be amazed at how little access we have to these 'fancy' foods that you guys do! too bad :-(
