Hi, I recently tried the diet and it wasn't hard to follow like I had cravings or anything but I got dizzy, had a headache, couldn't concentrate, had no energy, slept during class and I couldn't get through my workouts. Plus, i had the grossest taste in my mouth and my stomach was really acidic. I am only trying to lose 10 pounds and I exercise regularly. I didn't eat meat but I could next time, but I hated eating cheese. Is there another diet I should try or do you think I should give it another shot.

or are you eating fish?
If your stomach was getting that acidic, it sounds like maybe you were not eating enough.
In regards to the dizziness and headache and lack of energy-- a lot of people have these symptoms withdrawing from the carbs.
I agree with ga girl, you have only 10 lbs. to lose and if you are not a major carbaholic :) then maybe you could start with Phase 2 instead.
