sbd is turning out to be the necessary push that's getting me out of a three month plateau. previously on a revised eating and workout plan,I had lost 18 lbs. in a healthy,if slow way. but when it became clear that this was as far as my previous plan would take me, i needed something else. there were other diets out there that friends swore had worked for them, but i wanted a healthier plan than some of the high-fat schemes that were all the rage. then, i found dr.agatston's diet. i've only started, but i am enjoying the variety of foods in this plan (those frozen entrees i zapped everyday for lunch were getting really boring) and i can't believe how i'm rarely hungry,thanks to the snack options(4 o'clock pm used to be the hardest time of day to get through, but this past week, i haven't had to fight the urge to eat)...i hope that you're all finding this diet effective and enjoyable too!
