HELP a novice dieter - need plan advise

Have never dieted, am 5'4", 120lbs and looking to get rid of butt, hip, and lower back cellulite... the places my fat seems to go (I have a flat tummy, and small frame otherwise). I exercise and still cannot get rid of it, so it must be in what I eat. Eat no dairy or meats, little bread/carbs but do eat fish and veggies. Looking to lose 10 lbs.

Was looking into the South Beach diet, Atkins (but eat no meat), Zone (any others?) and starting this week. Any suggestions? There are way too many plans to choose from.

Thanks in advance!!!

have you tried strength training your lower body? Exercise and eating go hand in hand.

Hi. I know it is very confusing as to what to eat, how to eat and so forth.

SBD is a way of eating that does not eliminate carbs, just the ones that are not good for you, does not eliminate fat, just the ones that are not good for you and recommends lean protein.

Fish and vegetables are awesome foods to be eating.

To be brutally honest with you and this is just my opinion, it sounds like you are eating super healthy and I am not sure that any food plan at this time will be able to help you with cellulite. My only question is how much do you eat in a day? Do you eat enough, maybe eating a little more might help your body release a little of that fat. How much do you exercise for your lower body ---- like the previous poster asked -- do you strength train and do aerobics that focus on lower body. You can't spot reduce, but you can create a firmer look everywhere by doing both.
