Can anyone recommend a canned soup that is good for phase 1 or 2?

My favorites are Progresso Lentil or Goya Black bean soup. Enjoy! Cathy

Aaah! I've been meaning to ask this! I've never 'noticed' Progresso soups in my superstore before.. (I'm in NB Canada) I'm definitely going to look for it on grocery day!

Thanks!

Nancy :)

Progresso Lentil. Sse the 90-something% fat free one. It's also lower in sodium by about 1/2 the regular Progresso variety. Add shredded chicken, or deli turkey or Canadian bacon it to it. Add extra spinach if you like it. There are carrots in it, but the amount is negligible. Very satisfying.

Another good brand--if available in your area--is Health Valley. Most of their soups are fat free or low fat.
