Board Layout: Feedback Encouraged

(Note: This was originally posted under "Feeling VERY Discouraged (sigh)", but I'm changing the heading to perhaps get some feedback from others who post here, regularly or not.)
Maybe the first thing new people need to see is the "Intros" section...move it to the top, then "General Discussion"?
A few other ideas: Get rid of the Phase 3 section (OK, I see the good in the Phase 1 and 2 sections, but do we really need a Phase 3 section?), and replace it with a "Stalled...Help!" section? Change the "What's new..." section to "Exercise," since that's how we seem to be using it, anyway?
Thoughts, anyone?

General discussions can be used to discuss anything from you aggrivations with work to a general question regarding the plan to an introduction of yourself.
Phase one and two for people who want to form their own support groups.
Success Stories
What's new in diet and fitness...i think that is a required heading as i see it on the fitness and diet boards.

If I were leader for a day, here's how I would want to set things up....
General Comments
Intros would go here too, and I would do roll calls every few weeks; but do "Newbies roll calls" every week, asking them to please tell us how they are doing and to ask anything they want help with.
I know I don't look as much in intro or Phase 1 and there may be some very good info or questions there.
How about:
General Discussion --
Questions
Successes/Setbacks
Exercise/Recipes
Whats new (I also believe it is required as I have seen it on most other boards
I love those suggestions :)

I'm a fan of sections, because when I need something in particular, I know where to look.

Minihorse, are you usign the free version of ivillage or the Express Yourself enhanced version? If you are using the enhanced version, you should be able to view up to 20 posts at a time. If you can't (while using the enhanced version), then check your board settings. Also, you can view a few words of each post by clicking on outline form in the header of each page.
Hope this is helpful!

The only board I've looked at here in the Diet & Fitness channel has been this one (I'm a CL on the Relationships channel).
