Board Layout: Feedback Encouraged

(Note: This was originally posted under "Feeling VERY Discouraged (sigh)", but I'm changing the heading to perhaps get some feedback from others who post here, regularly or not.)

Maybe the first thing new people need to see is the "Intros" section...move it to the top, then "General Discussion"?

A few other ideas: Get rid of the Phase 3 section (OK, I see the good in the Phase 1 and 2 sections, but do we really need a Phase 3 section?), and replace it with a "Stalled...Help!" section? Change the "What's new..." section to "Exercise," since that's how we seem to be using it, anyway?

Thoughts, anyone?

you can also go up to "board settings" and increase the number of posts you can see (look at top for board settings).

Another option is using "outline"

I had exactly the same problem at first. I started opening ivillage in the regular Internet Explorer browser, rather than in the specialized Yahoo! browser, and there were the smilies, right where they'd been the whole time!
