Hey all!

Maybe someone can offer some insight to may plan here...

After a month of dieting, I've lost 17lbs (yesss!)and I really don't want it to slow down a lot. Does anyone think that it would create problems if I alternated between P1 and P2 until I reach my goal weight? When I say that, I mean spend 2 weeks on P1, and then 2 weeks on P2, and so on. Would that slow down the effect of P1 or set me up for a big crash? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks ladies! :-)

Hi Ayanna,

I don't know if that would set you up for a crash or not.

I think I'll try that ... the switching off and on, and I'll see how it goes. No, I wasn't on P1 for a month... I spent 2 weeks on P1, and a little longer on P2 (like 2.5 weeks). I also also still work out a lot. I just thought if every month could be like this one, then I would be one happy camper, but I'm also trying to stay realistic :-) Thanks for your help, and definitely let me know how things work out with "P2 Lite". Best of luck!!
