I've heard this helps you lose weight. Does anyone have any info on it? Also, is stomach fat what you really lose most of in this diet?TIA.

I couldn't find that Salada tea at my grocery store or the large health food store where I shop, so I went to www.salada.com and placed an order. You have to buy in lots of 6 boxes, but you can mix flavors. Each box was $3.00 and so was shipping, so the total order was $21.00, but that's a lot of tea. I got 4 boxes of the purple antioxidant and 2 or their white tea.

This is directed to everyone with the Weight Smart Vitamin inquiry

I have been taking the Weight Smart, drinking the diet green tea from arizona (no sugars), and taking a supplement of green tea since before I started on the beach 9/8. I don't know if it has had any pull on my system, but I wonder what would have happened if I had not been using the Green Tea? lol. So, I continue to take it. The Weight Smart vitamins have the same things (some are kicked up a notch)as a One-a-Day.

I haven't felt queasy at all unless I take them on an empty stomach. I have to eat, let it settle, and then go for the vitamins.

HTH,

Ria
