Is there a rule we can follow when selecting canned or prepackaged foods? I know that salad dressings should contain 3g of sugar or less, but is there some sort of guideline for choosing diet drinks, soups, condiments,(basically anything we might find in a supermarket?) I found a low carb bread in SuperWM that said 100% whole wheat flour on the label, 7g carb, low sugar, is this acceptable for phase 2 or should I go to a health food store?

Here's a post about labels that might help:

100% Whole Wheat is just fine for phase 2, you just have to make sure it doesn't have a lot of sugars added. Lots of people use the sprouted grain bread and seem to be doing very good with it. I am thinking of switching from WW to sprouted grain to see if I do better with that.
