Hungry all the time (Phase1)

I normally eat every couple hours, and I know there's no limit to protein during meals. Can I eat every couple hours or do I need to follow the B-S-L-S-D guideline? I drink a lot of water as it is(nursing mom), so I don't think it's dehydration.

I am eating whenever I'm hungry(protein choice), but I didn't know if I should expect results b/c I'm not following the meal plan.

Thanks for any thoughts on this!

I make sure I have a snack available every 2 hours in case I feel hungry.

Thanks Cathy! It's good to know I didn't mess up all ready! I started craving things today that I normally wouldn't touch. Just b/c they are 'illegal' my body wanted them.

Thanks!!

Nursing moms should definitely start on Phase 2, per Dr. Agaston! Your baby needs those nutrients, and I doubt your body will even allow you to stay on Phase 1 for very long.

Aime how about trying some combo snacks... like celery with laughing cow cheese or peanutbutter?

Thanks ladies! I will say Phase 1 is more nutritious than what I have been eating the past few weeks. The only good thing that I have cut out b/c of phase 1 has been fruits. Everything else has been junk.

Thanks for the combo tips.
