I havent started SBD yet, but am interested. But, I'm wary- is it water weight that you lose. or fat?TIA.

In the beginning it's water because you're detoxing your body of the carbs. Carbs hold water when stored. So if you don't consume as many, you won't retain water. That's why people who go back to their habits gain pretty quick.
