WOE means Way Of Eating.

I'm not sure about a good scale. I imagine the best would be the kind the doctor's offices have. I have a digital one myself and my daughter and I think it is off by 5 pounds but my boys don't agree. Figures!!

Hi there:

I bought a Tanita BF-572 Body Fat Monitor Scale. It's not cheap but very accurate. I like the fact that it shows not only weight loss in increments, but also body fat. I may lose no weight one day, but can see that I've reduced my BF by .2% that day. I've only lost 16 pounds on SBD, but have reduced my body fat by over 5%!!! That's motivating -- knowing with my exercise and weight lifting, I'm changing fat to muscle.

OMG I had trouble finding a scale!

Well my 'problem' was that I weighed 330lbs (at my highest), and my DH weighed 392 (He's down to 368 now), but we needed a scale that would go up to 400 lbs, and not pay an arm for it!

So our best solution, for now, was to order a 'shipping scale', digital, that goes up to 400 lbs, on ebay we didn't pay a lot for it, but it's accurate, and as long as we always use the same scale :)

Nancy :) Good Luck!
