I'm on day three of the diet and I'm wondering...........do you have to follow the printed menus for the first 14 days that are in the book? I have been adapting my meals based on the "foods to enjoy" list. I just don't have the time to prepare all the recipes that are in the menus, not yet anyway. The book is not really well written and I couldn't seem to find the answer. Help!!

No...you don't have to follow the menus. They are an example. Just choose from the list and stop when full. I would go nuts if we had to go by the menus for success.

Hi!

First of all, congratulations on chosing this healther way of eating!

The Menus in the book are just suggestions. I have never even tried one of those meals (Well I don't remember the recipes, maybe I have without knowing it was in the book hehe)

Just plan your meals around the foods to enjoy! A lot of us like to chop veggies and stock them in our fridge so that it's easier to just grab some and it's quick. Some also like to cook roasts, chicken breasts etc in advance so it's easy to just come home from work and reheat! :)

Good Luck!

Nancy :)
