over? This is day 2 of Phase 1 for me and I thought I was doing ok until I couldn't resist a handlful of Hershey Miniatures....It's also that time of the month for me.

Does this mean I have to start over again or do you think if I keep a go at it then I can still lose at the end of the week or so?

Hi Guess,

I am on Day 19 of P1 and had a slip on Day 3. When I normally dieted in the past, if I blew it one day, I would figure "Oh, what the heck...I may as well blow it for the rest of this week and start again next week." But, for some reason, when I slipped on Day 3, I got up the next day determined to just pick up and go on. Since this is a WOE, you don't really "start over"...you forgive yourself for your slip but realize you are human and these things happen and you go on from there. Just think how proud you will feel when you hit your first goal!!! You can do it. I'll be pulling for you!!

Hi !

*Slows down the SBD wagon, scoots to make some room for guess100 and waves*

Come on back on the wagon!

I Agree, I wouldn't 'start over', this is a WOE forever, and slip ups will happen :) Just try hard to really be good the next few days, and you can decide at the end of the 2 weeks if you want to add a day or 2 of Phase I :)

Oh, BTW, here's some butt-glue so will stick on the wagon really good for at least a few days :) LOL

Nancy :)
