I was afraid of getting rained on if i ran outside so I ran 5 miles inside on the treadmill. Wouldn't you know it, the rain didn't come until 9 or so and it wasn't that bad of a downpour. I know those storms were bad further north and west though so my thoughts are with those beachers in those areas.

OMG, I've been slacking off majorly!!!!! I used to walk 3-4x a week, for 30-45 mins, and this week I haven't at all because I have a circulation problem that developped in my right leg, my doc reffered me to a vein something somethign specialist and said I might need vein reconstruction surgery EEKS! I'm only 24!!!

BUT that is NOT a reason for slacking off! Ok I'm going to do at least sit ups tonight :)

Yoga last night and an hour of cardio this AM.

30 minutes on the cross trainer and 30 on the stationary bike. I try to mix it up by doing either the cross trainer, elliptical trainer, moving stairs, treadmill or stationary bike.

Next week I'll start back into my weight training.

Hi all, i agree it is fun to mix it up, in a typical week I participate in the following at our local Y: one 2 hr yoga class, one 1 hr kickboxing class, two 1 hr body sculpt classes, 4-5 hours of weight training, 2 hrs on the eliptical machine. Janet

Well ---- I enjoy the Firm Tapes. Today I will be doing Maximum Cardio.

I alternate between mainly weight ones and mainly aerobic ones. Once/wk I try and walk on my treadmill so my husband doesn't get pissed (a birthday present 4 yrs ago that is kind of gathering dust :) ).

I slacked off this week, I admit it...my usual plan is:

Yoga 3-4 times/week

Cardio 3 times/week

Weight training or abs tape 3 times/week

Obviously, I mix them up! Yoga is my favorite, I have a series of tapes from Yoga Zone, I'm asking for the rest of them for Christmas. Sometimes I skip the tapes and just go through a series of poses on my own, which I find really relaxing. I'm poor lately, so I go to the free gym on campus, which doesn't have my favorite elliptical trainer, but I make do with the bike or the treadmill, whichever I'm in the mood for that day.
