Any feed back would be great:

I'm on day 5 and feeling pretty good, but not so great as to run, do long hikes, or any serious cardio work. Have done yoga 1x,pilates 1x, and ran the dogs 1x this week, but nothing more. Any suggestions or sharing that may help me feel stronger to work-out? Really want to amp WOE with exercise...

Thanks!

I had the same problem --- I was not able to work out like I normally do on Phase 1, because I am very overweight and a carb aholic, I decided to stick with Phase 1 and after I started Phase 2 after the 14 days, I was able to work out after a couple of days.

I just took it easy with a little walking and very low intensity step work and used verrrrrrrrry light weights :), just enough to keep my body going.

Other people start adding some Phase 2 foods in, it totally is individualized on how you need to work this WOE

I know how you feel. Sometimes I feel great and other days I'm absolutely exhausted. I haven't found the right formula for myself yet. I think the pilates and the yoga is a good idea if you don't have enough energy to up your cardio. Just let your body get used to this WOE first and see how that is. Have you tried weight lifting? When I'm too tired to go out for cardio I usually lift weights at home. You can go to onlinefit.com and they have pictures of exercises with dumbells for every body part.

Just do what makes you feel comfortable. Slowly increase your activity level as your energy comes back. As long as your keeping to the diet now you should see results. Don't get down on yourself or feel bad if you can't get enough exercise in yet. Stick to this way of eating and you'll do great. Things will get better, you'll see.
