What type of exercise is everyone doing?

Actually, it would only let me pick one...but I am going to Curves three times a week and walking on the treadmill and using the Walk Away the Pounds videos the other four days.

Thanks for voting Cyndie. I'm kind of a gym rat myself. I feel that I'm really too uncoordinated to try any aerobics classes yet. LOL I also currently do a pilates tape. I was also interested in the Walk Away the Pounds series and "The Firm" series. Which WATP tapes do you use and which would you suggest trying? I really want a tape for the weekend or days I'm busy. It's so much easier to multi-task around the house. Thanks for any input anyone can give!

Hi Angel,

I got the WATP Express tapes. They have three tapes in that package...1 mile, 2 miles and 3 miles and it comes with a stretchie band. I am trying to lose 74 pounds (10 lost so far) and was never much into exercise, so I am staying with the 1 miles tape until that becomes too easy for me. I am trying to work up to 30 minutes on the treadmill on my non-Curves days, but I get so bloody bored!!!

I try to get outside as much as possible to exercise as is great for mood enhancer. Hiking, biking, rock climbing, walking, running, I like to mix it up according to the time available.
