Hey everybody,

After reading about the SBD on this board, I decided that I would join ya'll. Any advice/encouragement will be very much appreciated! I lost 60 lbs a couple of years ago, went from a size 18 to a size 8. After a change in job assignments, I am creeping toward a size 12. I thought that by going back to my old diet I could drop the weight, but so far the weight gain seems to be gaining momentum. I do not want to be a size 12 again! I don't know what I weigh, that is irrelevant. I'm almost 41 years old and I know that I need to take control before this gets out of hand! Help!

We're about an hr. S of there. I used to go up there a lot to do the interior design for a dental office years ago and then again when they doubled the size of it a few years ago. We like to go to the historic district, have lunch at Brett's Waterway Cafe, and go to the Shrimp Festival in May. For the beach, we love St. Augustine Beach, because you can still drive on it, and we'd like to live there.

You are from where I used to be. My family still lives in OP. my husband is stationed at Kingsbay so we moved up there. I saw that you are a member of the women's republican club and that gave it away. I see the billboard all the time on 295:)

Oh, my gosh! What a small world. That sign is only about 4 miles from where I live!!

Yes, I'm very involved in the RWCDF. I'm editor of the newsletter and do the PR for the meetings and other events. I'm going to decorate the Christmas tree tomorrow at headquarters after a luncheon downtown for a group of volunteers who worked to get Mayor Peyton elected.
