I, Ria, being of lesser lbs body and scattered mind, do herby announce a new goal range of 188-185 lbs. The intended date for said will be Easter Sunday.

I have never been in the 180's before, and I figured I would see if I could get there and still remain on my already healthy Amazon 6 foot tall frame. lol. I'll continue maintance after this.
Was 192 my FINAL goal weight? I thought it might be at the beginning because I did not have faith in the SBD. Now, I see it's easier than cutting calories to 1000 or eating only celery and carrot sticks. I'm healthy, happy, and inches are being lost. I wish I could donated my incehs and weight loss to the frequent flyer program to bring more troops home for R and R.

I, Shan, being chock-full of Be-ach attitude, swear unsolemnly that my next goals are as follows:
1) To break the 160 barrier and be well on the way to 155 before Christmas.
2) That the size 8's I can squeeze into today will be my "fat pants" of tomorrow. Not literally, of course. Oh, you know what I mean.
Question to add to this...how does everyone structure their goals? I have five pound mile markers, and for each one I hit I have a reward for myself. Since I have no money, I haven't bought any of them yet, but I'm going to be replacing my wardrobe gradually through this. Since this is a goal check-in, I'll post the whole set so you can keep me honest :-)
Start--175 YIKES!
Step 1-170 Done, owe myself all new panties
Step 2-165 Done, owe myself all new bras (hellllllo, Victoria's Secret for these two!)
Step 3-160 Almost there! Will get all new negligies and pj sets
Step 4-155 Will get one of those garter belt sets, I've always wanted one :-)
Step 5-150 New shoes, can't live without those for long!
Step 6-145 New pants and tops, should be able to buy a permanent size by then
Step 7-140 Dresses, dresses, dresses!
Step 8-135 Bathing suits
Step 9-130 One top of the line full outfit from whatever mag or designer catches my eye!
So that's my goal program for myself...two steps down, seven to go (doesn't seem quite so scary that way!)

I'm 5 ft 3inches... and am about 137 now (fluctuating between 135
oooh! I like that reward system!!!
I give myself a foil star (on my very prominant kitchen calendar) for every day I exercise... LOVE to see the whole month lit up in stars!!!
If/when I reach the 130s again, ALL of my favorite clothes will fit me (I will be so pysched!

I set my goals in 10 lb. increments and reward at each:
1st 10 lbs --- bought bracelet
2nd 10 lbs --- bought a couple of new shirts
My current goal is to get to 179 (I am now at 187).
My final goal is 139.
I also commit to work out 4-5 days/week.

I've only been on the Beach a little over a month, so my goal is mainly to just stay on track!

OK, now that Thanksgiving is over, I have GOT to commit to this and exercise. I've been a slug for too long and sidetracked by other things. This is a good idea.

Id like to be close to my goal weight by the time i go to disney in march. we went to disney 2 years ago and i weighed 216lbs.
