Time to set New Goals or Re-New

Let's celebrate our new goals and re-new our current goals.

I, Ria, being of lesser lbs body and scattered mind, do herby announce a new goal range of 188-185 lbs. The intended date for said will be Easter Sunday.

Tee hee....


I have never been in the 180's before, and I figured I would see if I could get there and still remain on my already healthy Amazon 6 foot tall frame. lol. I'll continue maintance after this.

Was 192 my FINAL goal weight? I thought it might be at the beginning because I did not have faith in the SBD. Now, I see it's easier than cutting calories to 1000 or eating only celery and carrot sticks. I'm healthy, happy, and inches are being lost. I wish I could donated my incehs and weight loss to the frequent flyer program to bring more troops home for R and R.

My goals here are a little different. First, my poundage goal is to get back to 117. Although a seemingly arbitrary number, it comes from the last time i liked the way i looked in a bathing suit. (really, the last time i would walk around in one without some cover-up covering up my butt!) But my renewed goal (a la ria's post) is to celebrate my small victories (from losing a half a pound to turning down my mom's homemade chocolate pudding pie) in a way that keeps me on track. So, really, it's:

(1) 117#'s, and

(2) a little patience in getting there.

I, Michelle, being of lesser body and completely absent mind, do herby announce a new dedication and determination to eat well, excersise frequently and reach my goal weight by Christmas. I am only 13 pounds away and have not exercised at ALL since on SBD. Shame Shame. I know. :-)

Ok...I'll add mine, too.

I, Cyndie, being of chubby body and silly mind, do hereby proclaim that I will stick to this WOE without straying during the upcoming holidays and will endeavor to do my best to go from my Nov 1 weight of 214 and my present weight of 204 to 140 pounds by September 1, 2004. I, do hereby also proclaim to increase my fitness level by going to Curves three nights a week and on the nights I do not go to walk on the treadmill, which has spent the better part of two years as a convenient place to dry my sweaters, for 30 minutes and spend a 30 minute session with my WATP tapes.

Now that it is in writing, I cannot back down from this proclamation!
