New and have a question....

Good morning all,
I am just starting out and went shopping yesterday to get all my supplies. As soon as I got home, I started to devour the peanut butter. It is going to be hard for me to control my compulsivity with eating foods I like all in one sitting. However, I got through Day 1 and am on Day 2. I feel good, and am determined. I am planning to lose 25 pounds. I have always been a slower loser in spite of being a strong exerciser. Part of the problem is that I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat any wheat, rye, barley or other gluten based foods. I did the Fat Flush for years and it works very well, but is a little too restrictive and precise for me with all that drinking of dilluted cranberry with psyllium. I am going through menopause now and I believe this is part of the reason why the plan works slower for some than others. My question is this: When the second phase starts and everyone is allowed to have a slice of whole wheat bread, can I substitute a rice cracker for the bread since I cannot eat wheat? Perhaps I can have a little cooked rice or small potato. Also, I can't stand celery. I hear people raving about peanut butter on celery, but it doesn't work for me. Has anyone put the peanut butter on anything else that might sound more appetizing? Thanks so much.
