Hello..I'm new to the board,today I went to a book store and

picked up the SBD book!! I'd thought about doing the Atkins

but didn't like all the fat it had in it and it was way too

restricting! SBD lets you eat yogurt and some fruits (after

Phase 1)and it seems like it would be easier to follow. I'm about

50 lbs. over weight and way ready to take this weight off- I do

step arobics 3 days a week and walk on a tredmill 1 day. I love to

work out that part is not the problem, my eating is. I need to

get it undercontroll and I really have a hard time being self motivated

so, I was hoping that the SBD would be a good place to start!!

I'll read some of the posts on this board and read recipes and

maybe get alittle motivated by you all along the way if you don't

mind!? Thanks for letting me listen in!
