Has anyone seen the new "expanded" version of the SBD book that I keep seeing banner ads on?

Wondering if there are any new great tips that can be passed along...

Hi there,

I haven't gotten the expanded book but checked on Amazon to see what was different about it. It appears he has a section in there on how to "trick" your cravings, an expanded section on eating out in restaurants and a section for a 20 minute walking workout.

All those new parts would be very helpful...just not sure if it's helpful enough to shell out the money for another book!

HTH!

Hope,

I agree that would be really helpful. I stayed on P1 for four weeks, went on P2 for 1 day, then kind of fell off the wagon this past weekend with all the leftovers in the house. So, I started P1 again on Monday because I just feel safer there. I'm scared to go to P2, plus I'm not that excited about any of the things I can add there (well, maybe fruit if it was summer...and I suppose I should be drinking milk...and the FF pudding!!).

I tried oatmeal Saturday morning and it felt like I was eating wallpaper paste!! Yuck. I'll stick with my eggs!!

For Phase 2, don't forget things like black eyes peas, pinto beans, sweet potato, cream cheese, whole grain breads, quesedillas, hot chocolates!!!! it's apple and citrus time as well.

Try this with your oatmeal:

peanut butter, cinnamon, sugar free syrup and apples!

Try adding a new p2 food a day or a week. The SBD was designed to be a detox and a re-intro phase by phase plan. If you add more carbs, you will continue to fuel your body to lose steadily over the next period of time.

you can do it:)
