Are Splenda and Sweet 'N Low the same?

I was just curious if anyone knows. I have a whole box of Sweet 'N Low.

No, they're totally different. Sweet n' Low is Saccharin, which will affect your insulin response, and Splenda, although made from sugar, won't.
Splenda, Stevia, and SteviaPlus are the only sweeteners I know of that don't affect your insulin levels/response.
