Hope you don't mind indulging my FOODIE tendency to want to know...  *wink*  I want to gather some more meal ideas.  (Shall we do lunch later, maybe a snack thread, and dinner too?)

Great idea!


I had egg salad (2 eggs mixed w/ light mayo, chopped celery and chopped tomato) on 1 slice of Whole Rye Bread w/ sunflower seeds.

Good morning all!!!

I am in Phase 2 so I am having:

Vanilla Coffee w/sweetner and FF milk

1/2 cup honeydew melon(not sure about this???)

3/4 cup Fiber One cereal

1/2 cup FF milk

Any comments???questions???ideas???

I am on phase 2, but have gone back to P1 for a while since I was such a pig at Thanksgiving!

So, today I had 3 egg whites a piece of ham and coffee for breakfast. I will have osme cheese or nuts for a snack here in a little bit. :-)

I had an egg beater omlette with bell peppers and cheese. I swear, i have this with some microwaved bacon every morning and haven't gotten tired of it yet. For those who are raising an eyebrow over the bacon, it's lean bacon, cooked in the micro on a bacon plate to drain the excess fat. I never did like canadian or turkey bacon.

That's my morning!

I re-started P1 because a) I pigged out on the T-giving leftovers over the weekend and b) I am still too scared to start P2. I had some Egg Beaters Southwestern style scrambled with a teaspoon of salsa on top. 2 slices of Oscar Mayer Center Cut bacon (30% less fat) with all of the grease blotted off. 6 oz glass of V-8 juice with 1 T of Bene-fiber stirred in. My morning snack about 30 minutes ago was a stick of string cheese.

just starting SBD in phase 1. this morning i had a light breakfast...1 cup of cottage cheese before hitting the gym (at 9AM). going to go with a salad with some grilled chicken for lunch around 12! yummm :)

Kashi go lean crunch (my new favorite thing!)

with skim milk

a *strong* coffee with fat free half and half

(i fear i may be substituting my bad food habits for a bad caffeine habit. i'll keep you guys posted)

Today's my day off, so I'm being lazy and eating later than usual :-) I just made myself a cheese omelet, yummy! No toast, I'm all out of my 9-grain bread :-(
