Hope you don't mind indulging my FOODIE tendency to want to know...  *wink*  I want to gather some more meal ideas.  (Shall we do lunch later, maybe a snack thread, and dinner too?)

Please share what you ate (or plan to eat) for breakfast....
*** and what phase you are on too! **

I had a cup of apple cinnamon tea, hard boiled egg, and turkey sausage. I hate to eat breakfast unless there are biscuts, gravy, or a cinnamon roll involved which before SBD happen rarely. SBD has been thumping me for the breakfast thing! lol.

Susan-

To your um, comment regarding, um, metamucil tabs. um I added it 2 weeks ago and it, um, really helps. lol. actally for anyone that is interested (we don't have to have a raising of hands) i have been using the powder because it helps me add a large glass of water to the day, and it gives me a sense of fullness during meals when I want something but don't need anything. it's not bad and it is for health. i was reading that fiber aids in digesting fats, and in general facilitates your food "moving" along, so that it doesn't sit in your body while every last available calorie is eeked out. good thing to keep in mind when you add some other foods in your diet, or you cheat, as well. not a glamourous topic, but relevant.

ga_beacher, why not make the quiche-to-go in a bread loaf pan, and reheat a slice every morning?
