1) at night cut up 2 whole bunches of celery. throw them in smaller baggies for snack size portions and grab one as you're running out the door with a laughing cow cheese
2) 15 cashews in a little bag
3) carrs whole wheat crackers with peanut butter in between two (sandwich form.) 3 sandwiches are completely filling
4) small size cottage cheese (they now make them in single serve containers like yogurt)
