What are you eating for lunch today?
Please include the phase you are in!

Side note:  I hope you all are not put-out by my recent increase in these types of posts.  My renewed enthusiasm stems from my recommit to the program (thanks Ria for the start of that thread!!!), and sharing meal ideas really helps pump-me-up!

Not quite lunch time yet...but will be having a chicken caesar salad I brought into work with a cup of SF Jello with Cool Whip Free on top. (I look forward to that jello all morning!!). I am on Day 2 of my re-intro to Phase 1 (after being naughty this weekend). Oh, yes...and my water.

And no worries, Susan...I know I'm not put-out by your posts. On the contrary, I thank you for them!

Hi all! I love these kind of posts too! It's been awhile since I have posted, but after being bad over Thanksgiving and a birthday, I am back to a week or so of Phase I. So for my lunch today I had Progresso lentil soup with a spinkle of parmesan cheese and some red pepper slices. Soup is very filling to me, so I will save my jello for later in the day when I need my sweet fix!!

I love these posts!

I am having hot tea, a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (favorite new food), a small green salad w/5 green olives and tuna with a little garlic mayo/dijon mustard/dill pickle. I missed breakfast unfortunately, outside of 1 cup coffee w/ FF half and half.

I love these ideas. I check the boards during my lunch hour to keep me motivated while others go out for lunch.

Currently, I am munching on cucumber slices and the yummy turkey chili recipe that I found below in the recipe section. Perfectly phase 1 legal although I could not find premade chili sauce with less than 3 grams of carbs so I made my own with tomato sauce and a variety of spices.

Enjoy your lunch everyone.
