What are you eating for lunch today?
Please include the phase you are in!

Side note:  I hope you all are not put-out by my recent increase in these types of posts.  My renewed enthusiasm stems from my recommit to the program (thanks Ria for the start of that thread!!!), and sharing meal ideas really helps pump-me-up!

So you had 3 pcs of cake, and not the whole cake? I'll bet that before SBD you would have just kept going instead of throwing it away. Ya done good!

Happy birthday!

Since I'm very new to this and just started phase 1, I had a salad with imitation crab and steak (very lean)

you may want to be careful w. the imitation crab -- some of them have lots-o-sugar!

Well, it's way past lunch, but thought I'd share anyway, since I really enjoyed my lunch today. I had buffalo chicken (boneless skinless tenders cooked with hot sauce) over baby spinach. And we found a sugar free, no fat blue cheese dressing made by walden farms. It doesn't have any actual blue cheese chunks in it, but the taste is pretty good.

Anyways, just thought I'd share.

I think these posts are great. Personally, if I had to stick to just the recipes in the book, I'd fail quickly. The meal idea and recipe sharing is wonderful!
