Are these two the same thing? I was wondering for the Turkey Roll-up recipe.

Also, you'll also usually find Boston lettuce sold in plastic containers because it is easily damaged.

I've seen raw kale used as a garnish, and my neighbors feed it to their iguana. LOL!


I take remove the larger tough stems when I wash it, and cook a big bag of it in a can of low sodium chicken broth and about 1/4 c. of apple cider vinegar. It seasons it so it doesn't need anything else. I know it sounds weird, but when I get a craving for sweets eating some of that seems to help it go away.
