This is such a great idea! (And I gather from the responses that I'm not the only one who thinks so.)

Stacy's dinner (P2, for DH, but I think this also qualifies for P1): Fall Vegetables and Turkey Sausage Stew. It's got butternut squash, kale, diced tomato, onion, and, of course, turkey sausage. It is delicious--I can post the recipe when I get home if anyone is interested. Oh, and I'll probably heat up some whole wheat rolls.

=) Stacy

For dinner tonight I made grilled ground sirloin burgers topped with sauteed mushrooms along with roasted veggies. FYI - when I make roasted veggies, I use anything I can get my hands on and lots of it. This way it last a couple of nights.

On another note, I made the burgers for my kids (on really yummy looking rolls), french fries, and canned corn -- all bad stuff :( Two points to make here: 1) it was really hard not to pick, and 2) why am I feeding this stuff to my kids????

Well...my two teen boys had pizza. I, however, (restarting P1) am having a big salad with grilled chicken in it, LF cheddar cheese and walnuts. And to give it a big KICK..sprinkled liberally with red pepper flakes. Yowsa!!! I guess that's another way to make sure I drink my water! :)
