just starting...am I doing this right???

Today is my third day on the diet, and I feel like I ate a LOT today, but I'm not sure if the amount I'm eating is alright...would someone mind reviewing what I've eaten today and give me their opinion? Thanks!
breakfast: (9am)
1 cup cottage cheese
lunch: (12pm)
salad with grilled chicken
sugar free jello
snack:(4pm)
two pieces cold cut low-fat chicken breast
celery with 2 tbs natural peanut butter
dinner: (8pm)
makeshift 10 min turkey chili:
pastene canned tomatoes
green pepper
turkey chunks (thanksgiving leftover!)
kidney beans
tabasco sauce
I also haven't been really paying close attention to portion size, just kind of guessing on things like the pb and the cottage cheese that I feel should be somewhat limited...is this alright too?

Welcome to our board.
Your menu seems great for phase #1 (to me).
One of the best things about SBD is that you don't have to count or measure most things, just eat till full, and make sure you get your veggies in (1/2 c. with breakfast, 2 cups during lunch and dinner).
