okay, so, the first few days that i have been on the diet things have been going well, but today i just feel so full and i have all day long! i'm trying to eat all my meals and snacks, but has anyone else felt this way too? should i maybe eat smaller portions? i don't feel like the amount i'm eating is all that much (although for a snack i had 1/4 cup soynuts--is that the amount i am allowed?), but I still am not all that hungry, and while i felt "thinner" yesterday, i feel kinda bloated almost today. any thoughts/similar experiences???

Hey Nicole.....you almost read my mind.....I started this WOE on Monday (dec 1) (after losing 8 on induction with Atkins 3 months ago then plateauing soon thereafter)...but each night I go to bed thinking that I am STUFFED! I have lost 6 pounds in 2 days!!! (mind you, that was a monday AM weigh in after a very scrumptous holiday!!) I think it is the amount of veggies (gaseous ones at best) that are bloating...plus I've been trying to be good with water...heard that if you keep the water going, you will start taking care of the bloating issues....we shall see...ellen

thanks ellen! i'm not sure how much (if any) i have lost, becuase we don't have a scale in our house right now, and i was too sick and too busy to even think about going to the gym today, but hopefully i'm doing this right and it's going to work! i've been drinking plenty of tea ALL day (decaf of course)...it's freezing out here! so hopefully keeping up with the liquids will work. thanks for the response!

I know what you are feeling, it was very hard to eat all I was suppose to and I missed my cottage cheese with chives and tomatoes because I just didn't want it.

Ladies please make sure to drink lots and lots of water (or decaf tea) & get all of your veggies in (1/2 cup for breakfast, and 2 cups minimum for lunch and another 2 for dinner).
