Did someone here mention Power 90? Has anyone here actually tried it? I know this sounds weird but I've never seen the infomercial. I've lived in Japan for almost 4 years now and I don't get American TV.LOL If anyone has tried it or known someone who has succeeded on it.. please let me know. I've read about it and it seems interesting.

LOL Yes, it's suppose to be some kind of "at home bootcamp". Actually it's an exercise series with four videos and a diet guide. Each video is less than an hour. YOu do one video 6 days a week and you're SUPPOSE to see amazing results in 90 days. It sounds good but I just wanted to hear testimonials from REAL people to see if it's worth trying.

Right now, I'm a gym rat and I also enjoy the Walk Away the Pounds videos. So I'm going to stick with those until something else comes up. I was also thinking about doing the Kathy Smith Workout challenge. She had some great "do at home" moves. Thanks for the input!

Hi Angel,

I purchased the Power 90 series from the infomercial about two years ago and had to return them. I found them to be too "sterile" for me and no fun at all. I thought the infomercial was glitzy, but the tapes are nothing like the infomercial. I am however, certain that if I had followed the program I would have gotten results, but I knew from previewing the tapes the program was not for me. I just saw the infomercial for Slim in 6 from the same folks who produced Power 90, I have to wonder if this program is more fun?

I hope this helps...

Thanks Este,

Yeah, enjoyability it very important to me as well. Have you tried the Fit-For-Life 12week challenge? That is a good exercise program. I did that last year for the full twelve weeks and lost 25lbs. I guess if you stick to any strong fitness program for 3months you are bound to see some good results. For me it's just nicer when they had it all planned out. LOL Maybe we all should make up our own 90day/12week/3month challenge and see how everyone does!
