Here's my idea for this week's challenge:

1) Exercise: Keep up with your workout plan PLUS add in some exercise on one day this week that you think will be just too busy to plan a formal workout. Do half an hour of yoga before bed, take a walk around the block during lunch hour, go shopping and don't use a cart (until you just can't hold anything else, of course!), anything at all that you can do to take control of the busy days and still exercise.

2) Diet: IRON CHEF! Keep up with the veggies from last week's challenge, and give yourself a cooking challenge. Take your favorite pre-SBD recipe that's now illegal, and give it a makeover.

3) Water: Carry your water bottle all the time, count how many times you refill it each day!

4) Personal improvement: Commit at least one random act of kindness every day.

Any takers?

I'm new to the board and today is my first day at the beach. What better than to participate in the weekly challenge!! I will note the challenge in my day planner as a reminder and try my hardest. Sounds fun! ~Dana

My Intro: I'm Dana, single mom to Emily (14 months). I own a coffee shop and work 10 hours a day. I now have the internet for my college courses so being able to stay in touch with the South Beach board will help me walk past the baked goods and what not that make their home in my business. I live in Alberta, Canada. I'm sure we'll be learning more about eachother!!

My the challenge is to finally start moving the scale.

My plan is to EXERCISE to my WATP's tapes (couldn't do it,last week I hurt my leg)

and Plan a LOW GI FOOD MENU for the week.(Low carb breads, fruits, and Grains)

DRINK more WATER than I have been(going for 96-112 oz. a day)
