First Day, Ate A Lot!

Today was my first day and I didn't eat anything not allowed on Phase 1, but I had a lot of string cheese and peanut butter (I'm a vegetarian). I know peanut butter is limited to 2 TBs a day, but is cheese limited? Also, does anyone have any good snack ideas. I have to spend all day studying and I have this constant urge to eat (cookies/chips would be the craving - I think it's the crunch more than the sugar). Thanks for your tips!

It sounds like you are on the right track. No real limits here on the beach, just be sure you are eating low or no fat cheeses, and try not to 'overeat'. For those crunchy cravings, how about nuts? Remember that these have a limit too, though. I have also found that olives cure my salty snack cravings. As far as your sweet tooth, sugar free jello may hit the spot. Good luck today on day 2!
