So I'm on P1D3 and I have a little problem. First off, I can't find sugar free Jell-o anywhere. Only the light kind. Sugar free pudding yes, but I can't have that right now because it requires milk. So the main thing is, there is a lot of food brands in the book, and being from Canada, more specifically Quebec, there aren't a lot of the foods here that are mentioned in the book. Secondly, besides celery what else do any of you suggest that I can munch on. I suffer from terrible migraines and cheese and nuts are totally out of the question. And on top of that, I had a bite of cheesecake today,and I feel bad. Any help or suggestions. Sorry if I am venting, but I'm a little frustrated and dissapointed in myself. On top of all that, I skipped breakfast because I slept in. Is that wrong?

yesterday I had a bite of cheese cake and as we all know, has a ton of sugar in it. Should I start over from Day 1, or continue with day 4?
You don't have to start all over for one bite of cheesecake.

Other snack ideas - how about olives, or sour or dill pickles? Good oil in the olives, and no sugar in those kinds of pickles.
