What do you guys think of the Kashi Heart to Heart cereal?? It's whole grain and has pretty high fiber. I've always eaten the Go Lean, but I'm getting sick of it. Do you think the heart to heart would be ok?

Michelle, you're in phase II, right? Are you planning to eat cereal every morning or just a few times a week? I'm thinking (and I could be wrong), that if its an every other day kind of thing, you should be ok (but your scale and how you feel will really be what should guide you... are you having more cravings?

That's kind of what I was thinking. Just every few days, and I think I'll eat a piece or two of turkey bacon with it for the protein. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Hi Michelle,

I bought the Heart to Heart after reading the labels on the different Kashi cereals in my store.

Thanks Maggie! I eat the Uncle Sam cereal too, but I just need a change! :-)

I'll let you know if it works better with protein added.
