I haven't been as good as I should be though on it. Probably have had too much peanut butter, peanuts, and red wine. I'm really bad at not eating breakfast during the work week and so hungry during the morning that by lunch time I'm all mad because I can't just go to wendy's and get something fast. (I've been so good about NO FAST FOOD!! So I head home and either heat up the chicken from last night or make a quick salad) I haven't been snacking at all, is this bad? I've never been a big snack person during the day but once I get home and at about 9/10 PM after dinner I get hungry again so I have been having a few peanuts (still in shell, takes more time to eat them) or celery and hummus that sort of snack. I LOVE cheese so there's always cheese in my eggs, I've been having omelets with salsa for dinner sometimes too.
I had a question though. I'm still hungry during most of the day, am I doing something wrong (besides not snacking) I just thought that the meals should fill me up to the next one. (I think there's something wrong when my bf, who is not on the diet, eats what I have for dinner, but then not hungry in the evenings when I start getting the munchies again)

OH BTW, I have also been taking a Fiber pill is this bad or good? I know I should take fish oil and multi vitamin and flax seed oil is always good but one step at a time right? hehe.

I'll try to cut the wine out on phase one. I know it's not allowed but I had to have a glass or so here and there.

I'm at about the same point as you, Kristina, having started this way of eating last Saturday.
I started on Monday and it feels like I've lost nothing. I think that we can all be super strict for the first 2 weeks, and maybe it'll just work. I too have a hard time with skipping breakfast, since I work until midnight I usually get up at 11 am and then its almost lunch. But I am going to start making my meals before I go to work to have them for the day.
lol I laughed at the idea of drinking water out of the Wine glass..... hehe, yea maybe I'll do that. The bf will think I'm nuts but exactly once Christmas is really around I will be able to drink a glass of wine and it will taste that much better.
Dusty – Good luck hun! Yea I agree we should try and cheer each other on.

I put on the skirt to one of them today and I can actually zip it up and wear it out!

The "no alcohol" is a toughy for me, too, but I can do it for just 2 weeks.
