I love this board so much, you all have been so helpful, almost three weeks into this and I am down 9 lbs....
I had a question about crackers (wasa or RY Krisp), when I did them in phase 2,what can i eat them with? Is a tuna salad or chicken salad (made with mayo and mustard) fine? Or would it be better to eat them alone?

I read somewhere and researched where sourdough was good for the body. Something about it taking longer to breakdown in the system... help me if anyone knows the reason... anyhow. I get the Wasa Sourdough Rye Crisps. Holy cats they are great! I eat two with chicken salad for lunch and one with breakfast usually with alittle low fat cream cheese and sugar free jam.

Ria, in the book Dr. A says sour dough is a better bread choice (if you can't get a higher fiber/grain one) due to its acidity I believe!
