I'm putting this up here so everyone will see it (even those who do not normally do alot of moving)... Let's jump start our week and try to get in 15-20 minutes of SOME FORM of exercise today AND tomorrow!
Take a walk with your family, play in the snow or dance to music with your kids, walk the mall BRISKLY... go up and down the stairs... Even if you have to break it up into 5-minute segments. Let's all get moving!



Post here that "I did it" (and state Saturday or Sunday), but then post the details in our daily "exercise" threads down below. You can do this! I know you can! Be careful not to overdo if you aren't used to exercising.

i'm in. 90 minutes of yoga already this morning and a walk to see the tree at rockefeller center with my nephews. at least an hour. woo hoo!

DH, Anthony and I went shopping and running errands on Saturday so I got plenty of exercise fighting off all those crazy shoppers!
