Edited to add these can be legal, kinda legal, or all out "let it all hang out" not legal in these continuous 48 states. lol

Hi there. Ok, I saw this on Atkins, and the CL posted it. I thought it was an awesome idea! So, I am going to start it here with credit going to the CLs at Atkins.

Let Xchange recipies for cookies here! Since we won't be getting together for holidays, I want to leave something with you guys. So, here is a great cookie, and it is legal for all phases.

1 cup peanut butter of your choice

1 cup splenda

1 egg

Small dark or semi sweet morsals of your choice (lay off these in P1)

Stir together but leave out chocolate. Roll into balls. Bake in a 350 oven for about 10 minutes. Keep and eye on these guys. Top with a chocolate morsal while still warm. Enjoy!

Hi Ria,

I think you need some hot cocoa for your cookies!

Phase 2 Hot Cocoa

1 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon Dutch Process Cocoa powder

1 packet Splenda

Heat together in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Enjoy!

Cathy

P.S. - Ria, how do you single space for your recipes?

Hi, I'm making these cookies for my grandchildren. They're call REINDEER COOKIES

1 18 oz. Package refregerated cookie dough

48 small Pretzel twists

48 brown M&M's

24 red M&M's

Place cookie dough in the freezer for 15 mins. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Cut the dough into 24 slices. and place the slices 2" apart on a large un-greased cookie sheet. To shape the reindeer faces pinch in each slice a the edges using your thumb and fore-finger. To form antlers position 2 pretzels at the top of each slice. Create eyes with brown M&M pieces.and the nose with red M&M's. Bake the cookies 8-10 mins. or until golden. Then cool on a wire rack. Makes 2 dozen cookie.~~Maryann~~ I don't think this recipe is South Beach friendly, maybe for Phase 2

That was be an awesome treat for later in phase 2, I would think. Heck, I want them RIGHT now. lol.

What is so cool about SBD, is you aren't limited when you get to comfortable with the way things work in your body. I know that I can eat a serving Peanut Ms and be fine and dandy. I know that Pumpkin pie has a slight bloating thing going on, but I also know that I can eat pizza and be fine as long as I don't get too crazy.

Maryann, cheers to you for your persistence, grace, and fun on this WOE.

Try holding down the SHIFT key when you go down a line (ENTER) -- should eliminate the space?
